How to install

  1. 1

    Download the file that matches your server. For Fabric, pick your Minecraft version and also install the matching Fabric API.

  2. 2

    Copy the JAR into plugins/, or into mods/ on Fabric, and start the server once to create the configuration.

  3. 3

    Paste the server token into serverToken, in config/gamecart.properties on Fabric or in the plugin's data folder on the other platforms, then restart.

  4. 4

    Run gamecart status in the console to check the connection. After you change the configuration, run gamecart reload.

The server token is in the dashboard, under Integrations > Servers, on the row of the server you are connecting. Keep it secret.

  • The executor reconnects on its own after an API outage. Network errors, unexpected responses, and server errors back off for up to 60 seconds and keep retrying, so a reload is no longer needed once the API is back.
  • The console announces the first failure of an outage and the recovery once each.
  • A pending done or fail report is retried without running the command again.
